Refund and Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the Pessary Assistant must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
